Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 11 AM TBS's First-Ever Mitzvah Day   Make a difference in our community.  You can choose from:   The Towers Genealogy Project - Gather the residents' stories of the past with Rabbi Scolnic. Boulder Knoll Community Farm - Help the farmers prepare their fields and veggies. The farmers will donate a portion to a local soup kitchen. Locket's Meadow - Be part of the animal sanctuary which provides a home for all kinds of animals. New Reach - Clean up and landscape the grounds of this organization which serves the homeless. Must be 13 years of age. Gardening at TBS - Plant a garden at TBS. The food grown will be donated at a local food bank. President's Message

April 2015:

Dear members:
A few days before Pesach I walk into the kitchen at TBS and there are people at the sink peeling eggs, people at the stove making matzah balls. I then go into the social hall and I count 35 long tables, 300 chairs; the blue tablecloths are on, the plates, cups, silverware, napkins, salt and pepper shakers and don’t forget the Haggadahs, the Seder plates are on the table and the decorations are up. Like magic, our social hall is now a banquet hall. (more…)
