Supporting ‘Till Duty is Done’ Veterans’ Program

November 2015 - Till Duty is Done Veterans' Program Our temple was very moved by the work being done by Til Duty is Done, a group that visited TBS recently and is helping veterans to ease back into civilian life. We would like to help by collecting clothing suitable for interviewing and professional work attire. Please consider donating men’s and women’s suits as well as dresses on Sunday, December 20th between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Our committee will be in the social hall to collect. President's Message

November 2015:

Recently I had a hospital stay, it started out as a full knee replacement, it is such a common procedure, no big deal. It went very well and I was home in two days. Then something went wrong, (unrelated to the knee) and had to be rushed to Yale New Haven Hospital. I had passed out, why? Let the professionals do their job and figure it out. (more…)
