In recognition of “Holocaust Remembrance Day,” the Adult Education Committee is proud to present a showing of the critically-acclaimed, award-winning film, “Diamonds in the Snow.” It tells the story of three children, Ada, Shulamit, and the filmmaker herself, Mira. These women recount their memories of a childhood spent hiding from the Nazis and reflect the courage of the Polish people who helped them survive.

We are pleased that Mira Reym Binford will introduce the film and lead the discussion after the one-hour documentary. Adult Ed Committee member, Ira Kleinfeld will introduce Mira Binford.
