Speaker Mary Maloy, Registered Dietitian, will speak on healthy eating, nutritious food preparation and ways to enjoy a more healthy weight and lifestyle. She has been a registered dietitian for 37 years working at the Hospital of Saint Raphael for 27 years. Her clinical work has focused on cardiac, endocrine and oncologic populations. She is a cookbook/recipe author and was director of the cooking school “To Your Heart’s Content” at the Hospital of Saint Raphael from 1989-1999. She is now working on a wellness program with employees of the City of New Haven.
