April 2026 President’s Message

As you are reading this month’s bulletin, maybe you are in the process of preparing for a Passover Seder or maybe you just finished the Seder.  While many of you may find the process of preparing for Passover a very hectic time, in a way I find cooking and preparing for the Seder enjoyable and a little relaxing.

As you may know, I work as a manager for a tax preparation company, which means the first few months of the year until April 15th is my busy season and, for various reasons, this year is even more hectic than past years.  Which is just one of the reasons why this year, I am looking forward even more to preparing and hosting our family Seder.

Each year, I look forward to inviting my extended family and cooking way too much food. Like all of us, I enjoy going around the table taking turns reading from the Haggadah, especially since my girls are now old enough to participate. And, of course, after the meal, watching the kids compete to find the Afikomen.

Whether you are hosting a Seder, attending a family member’s or attending our Community Second Seder, I hope you have a wonderful and joyful Passover! Chag Sameach!
